I must have blinked one too many times! I was warned that it would happen this fast. She is so grown up and I don't know where the time has gone. Jeff and I are so proud of both of our girls for so many reasons. Besides outer beauty, they have a glow, a loving spirit, that just spills from inside.
This was Hannah's first high school dance, Lowndes High School's 2014 Homecoming. We had so much fun picking out the perfect dress! In fact, this dress was actually full length with a train. It was stunning when she first tried it on....."take your breath away" stunning! And she looked so tall and elegant in it! Honestly, her looking so tall and elegant is probably what took my breath away more so than the dress. Hannah was a little nervous about how it would look short, but thanks to a great seamstress, it turned out perfect! She and her date went with a group of friends and had a great time.
While I know there are lots more fun events to come, I'm afraid to blink again. I just want to slow down the time and savor every moment! ~Julie
Our outdoor garden studio is the perfect location for photographing little ones. With a variety of blooming flowers and dense greenery, the beautiful children are just icing on the cake! The kids have a great time exploring, wading in the stream, and tossing rocks into the goldfish pond. More times than not, they don't want to leave when the portrait session is over. Not a bad problem!
Nothing is cuter than a blue eyed, curly blonde little boy in a pair of overalls! Parker is always a treat to photograph. This was his 18 month portrait session, and I'm sure you can guess from the images below that he had a great time getting his pictures taken!
A newborn portrait session will be one of your all time favorite sessions from your baby's childhood. We include this in our Watch Me Grow Plans, and it makes the perfect beginning for your baby album. We always enjoy looking back through our client's albums when they bring them in to add pictures from their latest sessions. You literally have the perfect documentation of their first year as they grow from this tiny little sleepy baby to a mobile, active little person.
For the newborn session, we typically don't recommend bringing in clothes for the baby to wear. We prefer to keep this session simple with just blankets and wraps. We have lots of fun hats and headbands to create a fun look, and you are welcome to bring in anything you would like to add. Beckett's mom brought this great owl hat as an accent! So Sweet!!
